We’re back! Happy Star Wars Day to all those who celebrate (and even to those that don’t). Not only is it Star Wars Day but it’s our one year anniversary here at This Nostalgic Life! And while the rest of this month will be filled with talk of proms, graduations, Memorial Day and Summer blockbusters, today we’re getting the flux capacitor re-fluxing by posting some links to Star Wars content to do our part in celebrating…
First up, our very first post that we made here at This Nostalgic Life celebrating Star Wars Day, 2024:
Next, since NOBODY is showing The Empire Strikes Back today (at least that I can find), here’s an article I wrote five years ago celebrating the 40th anniversary of the best Stars Wars Movie of them all (no discussion).
Lastly, if you’re looking for a gift to buy yourself to celebrate this blessed day, here are some really cool options to blow your money on.
Also, as an added note, I celebrated a little early last weekend by seeing the 20th anniversary re-release of Revenge of The Sith in the theater. The day it premiered in 2005, I took the afternoon off from work and went to see it in the theater by myself. Even though I'm not the biggest prequels fan, there will always be something magical about see a Star Wars movie in the theater.
